Versatility
With success and experience in athletic, high performance dinghy racing, foiling stadium racing as well as exhilarating and endurance-led, marathon offshore yacht races, I have a versatile approach to sailing and a broad range of skills covering most areas of the sport.
Passion
Sailing has been my passion for as long as I can remember. Following the completion of my Masters Degree in Sports Medicine at the University of Exeter in 2012, I dedicated all of my time and energy into building a professional career in sailing, participating in events all over the world. To further my interest in performing at the highest level I returned to University and achieved a First Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy.
Knowledge
Knowledge gained through my Masters Degree, elite level sailing and top level campaign and performance management gives me a unique understanding of the complex, physical, mental and practical attributes needed to succeed at all levels of sailing.
